Summer and Selena

Summer Glau has been a popular American actress for seasons. Her most notable role is River Tam, in Firefly (one of the best-reviewed TV shows) and Cameron in Terminator. Sarah Connor Chronicles. She has also guest-starred in Angel Cold Case The Big Bang Theory Chuck, Hawaii Five-0 and The 4400. The actress who has appeared in films like Serenity and Knights of Badassdom has also made a few TV film and short films such as Mammoth The Birth of Sarah Deadly Honeymoon Help to Celebrate The Holidays: Dead End and Inside the Box to name a few. Glau received many awards and honors. FHM has included her in their 100 Sexiest Females of the World list twice, and Wizard magazine included her in its Sexiest Women of TV. Maxim magazine also included Glau as an American beauty on the magazine's Hot 100. Glau received the SFX Award as Best Actress in Serenity. She won the Saturn Award as Best Supporting actress for her role in Terminator The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Selena Quintanilla......................Selena was born April 16 1971 in Corpus Christi Texas . Selena is the youngest of children of Marcela Quintanilla. Selena began her career in the age of eight years old in a band that was formed by the late Abraham Quintanilla. Selena was a part of her older siblings Abraham Junior, who was on the bass guitar; Sister Suzette played the drums. Selena performed as the leader of the band. Selena Y Los Dino, the group she played with was named Selena Y Los Dino. The band also played at wedding fairs as also at dining establishments. Selena did not have much growing up as the group required lots of time. But their father Abraham was determined to inspire the band and eventually they were committed musicians. Abraham senior, who was also in Los Dinos' original band also played guitar. Selena Y Los Dinos began to form in 1981. The family business was called Selena Y Los Dinos. It was the principal income source for the family. Although there were tough times at the beginning with little money the Quintanilla family persevered and remained focused in their quest to create an effective band. Selena Y Los Dinos became famous in states of the west in the late 80s. Selena received the Female Vocalist award and the award for Performer of the Year at the Tejano awards in 1986. Selena Y Los Dinos continued to receive awards of Tejano awards for music, as well as gaining notoriety and fame. They've been featured in a number of Spanish TV shows such as El Show De Johnny Canales - Siempre En Domingo, and Sabado Gigante.
